I paid for a handpick and basically got sent out a random box of stuff before I could pick them. The standard of the t shirts was below what we agreed and communication awful - gave them a second chance after last time. Would not recommend

Not good. Took 2 weeks to ship the shirts sent 2 videos of the shirts being sent first being of 13 shirts which included 1 shirt not apart of what arrived and in the second video 15 shirts which is what i paid for but 3 shirts from the vjdeo also were not in my package. I received 12/1( shirts which is not fair for value i paid

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from this seller (Order #168766 for "Custom handpick Y2K baby doll tops"). After waiting for my order to arrive, the items I received did not match expectations, and reaching out to the seller for help was equally frustrating due to delayed responses. When I brought up the issue, the seller completely refused to offer a standard return or a full refund. Instead of taking accountability for fulfilling the order improperly, they attempted to dismiss the issue by offering a small £20 voucher for a future order and explicitly told me to list and resell the unwanted inventory on third-party apps like Depop or Vinted to make my money back. Expecting a customer to keep wrong inventory and spend their own time reselling it to recover their funds is completely unacceptable customer service. I would strongly advise buyers to exercise caution before ordering from this supplier, as they do not stand behind their products or offer reasonable resolutions when an issue arises.
