We have units that mend, wash and repair items to their best whenever needed. These are however second hand items, and we do account for a margin of 10% B grade products for items that have a rare or limited availability (as they can not be replaced easily), large volume orders and brands that are extremely unique and rare. In case of Vintage items with wear and tear, they have also been shown to the customer if there is a more detailed fault on them and included in the order after the customers approval because they are unique pieces that hold value despite the usage/wear & tear." Please note: we dispatch from multiple units. We always aim to provide top quality second hand items, and while we minimise wear and tear through quality checks, there is a certain margin for error as specified in grading. However; if complaints and issues do come up, please ensure that you have your box tracking numbers, and labels saved and separated as per shipments so we can track which unit the issues are from. There is also a 3 week timeline from the time a parcel has been delivered to lodge the complaints. Please cooperate on these so any issues can be solved in a timely manner. The additional charge that you are seeing on top of our unit costs is the shipping charge that fleek adds on based on their in app shipping calculator. As suppliers, we plug in weightage and number of units, and the shipping price per unit is added on which is then added on to your invoice. We have no control over shipping costs, and for any concerns regarding this, it is best to reach out to fleek customer support.
