Unfortunately, this was the second dress bundle I received from this seller that had significant issues.
Two of the dresses had extremely heavy staining which could not be removed and left the items unsellable. A third dress also arrived with a broken strap and was not wearable without repair.
I raised these concerns with the seller promptly, but my messages were initially ignored and they only engaged once Fleek became involved. Rather than addressing the issues raised, the seller was defensive and repeatedly attempted to blame me for problems that were present with the items received.
Fleek ultimately stepped in and provided compensation as the matter could not be resolved directly with the seller.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend requesting detailed close-up photos or videos of all items before purchasing, particularly when buying dress bundles, to avoid unexpected issues on arrival.
I would advise caution when buying from this seller.
This was one of two dress bundles where I experienced significant issues. In this case, the dress arrived with a broken zip, making the item unwearable in its current condition. Despite raising this with the seller, they refused to acknowledge that the item was not wearable and did not offer a resolution.
Communication was also disappointing. My initial messages went unanswered for several days and the seller only responded after Fleek became involved. Rather than working towards a solution, they became defensive and attempted to place the blame on me.
It’s a shame, as I had previously purchased a skirt bundle from this seller and had a positive experience. Thankfully, Fleek stepped in and provided compensation, but overall this was a very poor customer experience.
