Extremely disappointed with this order. Out of the cowboy boots I received, 7 pairs were way off in size (started at size 2 instead of the advertised 4–14 range), and half the items (5 out of 10) arrived damaged. Customer service tried to brush it off with confusing listing policies instead of taking responsibility for poor quality control. Would not recommend buying from this seller
