This upcycled denim jacket is crafted using a combination of reclaimed Carhartt garments and carefully selected unbranded denim. Each piece is individually curated and reconstructed to create a durable, one-of-a-kind jacket with a unique character.

Our process begins by sourcing and selecting quality denim materials. The jacket is then cut, reworked, and assembled by hand. Depending on the design, the interior is finished with either a flannel lining or quilted padding for added comfort and structure.

The signature Carhartt logo patch featured on the front is authentically reclaimed from damaged or discarded Carhartt jackets and workwear, giving new life to materials that would otherwise go to waste.

Due to the nature of upcycled materials, no two jackets are exactly alike. Variations in denim washes, fading, stitching, lining, and patch placement make every piece unique while maintaining the same overall design and quality.
