I spent over £200 with this seller, and before placing the order I specifically asked whether the items were genuine and authentic. I was told yes. I trusted that answer and went ahead with the purchase. The bundle arrived and, after checking the items, I found that none of it is genuine. I’m now left with over £200 worth of stock that I cannot sell because the items were clearly not as described. I contacted the seller to raise the issue. They have read my messages and completely ignored me. No explanation, no apology, no attempt to resolve anything. What makes this even more ridiculous is that Fleek themselves contacted the seller and asked them to message me to try and resolve the situation. Despite Fleek giving them the opportunity to sort this out, the seller still hasn’t contacted me or made any attempt whatsoever to resolve the issue. And somehow, after spending over £200, I’m now expected to pay another £6 just to prove the items are fake. Why should I have to spend even more money proving that something isn’t genuine when I specifically asked the seller beforehand and was told it was authentic? This whole situation is absolutely unacceptable. The seller has ignored me even after being contacted by Fleek, and Fleek support seem more interested in making me pay extra than actually protecting a buyer who has spent £200+. £200+ spent. Fake goods received. Seller ignoring me. Fleek contacted the seller and they still did nothing. And now I’m expected to pay £6 to prove it. Absolutely shocking experience. I would strongly advise other buyers to be extremely cautious with this seller and never take their word for authenticity without proper proof.
