I had a video call to choose what I wanted and I thought that everything would go great, when the package arrived I was very happy but as I was reviewing in detail there were many defects impossible to perceive by video call and in which it would have been great if he put more effort to check in detail and everything went to worse stains impossible to remove, burnt blazer, unstitched linings and with holes. Solution: None, he has decided to ignore me.
