Absolutely atrocious seller. I DO NOT recommend them. Perhaps if you hand pick it could be ok but absolutely do not purchase a “sample video” bundle. I purchased five pairs of boots which were titled and described as “cowboy boots”. Only one pair were cowboy boots and the rest were riding/fashion boots. Their customer service was awful and like talking to a brick wall. Their video of sample shoes had the vast majority as actual cowboy boots with a couple that were closer to what I received but still more like cowboy boots than what I got. No solution offered. I cannot believe they’re allowed to trade with such a misleading way of operating. Stay clear.

Took a risk on a new supplier and it paid off. Excellent communication and product quality
