Owner of Preoccupied Vintage
"Purchasing vintage wholesale on Fleek has boosted my sales - I have raked in £16,500 in the last three months alone from Depop sales."
Small minimum order quantities (MOQs)
On Fleek, you can order bundle sizes as low as 10-20 pieces.
In wholesale fashion, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is the smallest number of items a supplier will sell in one order. With our flexible MOQs, you can:
- Test various stock with minimal risk
- Reorder bundles once you see what sells for you
- Upgrade to bulk quantities as your shop scales
As your shop grows, you can upgrade to bigger bundles or build long-term supplier relationships without leaving the platform.

Where does Fleek's stock come from?
Most of Fleek's stock passes through South Asia, especially India and Pakistan, because the region has become a global hub for secondhand clothing. Donations collected in wealthier countries generate more volume than local thrift shops can absorb or sell profitably, so excess stock is shipped in bulk to South Asia, where the infrastructure exists to process it at scale.
- Donations in the US, UK, and Europe exceed what local resale channels can handle, leaving large volumes to be exported overseas (Brooks & Grüneisl, 2025).
- Massive import capacity - Pakistan imported ~809,000 tonnes of used clothing in 2023, worth around US$390 million, ranking among the world's top importers (Shahid et al., 2023).
- Efficient sorting and redistribution - India and Pakistan have decades of experience grading garments by quality and style, supported by lower costs and established re-export networks.
For Fleek customers, this means access to stock that is cheaper than sourcing from European wholesalers, while benefiting from the variety and scale of South Asia's sorting hubs.

Resell secondhand clothes for up to 3X profit
Resellers typically earn 2-3X profit margins by flipping secondhand bundles on platforms like Depop, Vinted, and eBay.

Quality and condition
- ●~20% of items may need minor cleaning or repair (normal in wholesale)
- ●A-grade items are ready to sell immediately
- ●B-grade items may have minor flaws but are still highly sellable
- ●C-grade items need some TLC but offer the highest profit margins
Tips for selling on Vinted
- ●List 15+ items across at least 2 platforms (Vinted, Depop, eBay)
- ●List up to 5 items daily (Vinted and Depop's algorithm rewards consistency over batch uploads)

- ●Optional: Use a free cross-lister tool to list faster e.g. SellerAider
Scaling your business
- ●Start with small bundles to learn what sells in your market
- ●Build consistent supplier relationships for better pricing
- ●Most successful resellers reinvest profits into larger bundles
- ●Focus on 2-3 categories initially before expanding
