I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by both the seller and Fleek. Eight items from my order were identified as damaged and subsequently removed by Fleek; however, I have still not received a refund for these eight items. In addition, I received one counterfeit item and two further damaged items.
Despite multiple communications, this issue remains unresolved. The lack of timely resolution and clear communication reflects poorly on both the seller and the platform.
Furthermore, this seller has a history of problematic conduct. On several prior occasions, they have listed inventory, accepted my orders, and then cancelled them. They have also attempted to persuade me to complete transactions outside of the Fleek platform, which is inappropriate and unprofessional.
If I do not receive the outstanding refund within the next 24 hours, I will proceed with initiating a chargeback through my credit card provider. I have retained all relevant evidence, including chat logs with Fleek, to support my claim.
I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
