Light everyday wear with minor flaws that don't affect use. (May include small stains, tiny holes, or a missing button/broken zip issue that's easy to repair.)

Noticeable wear and visible flaws but still wearable as-is. (Expect larger stains/tears or repairs needed; priced accordingly.)

Très mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande absolument pas ce vendeur. J’ai reçu une commande dans un état totalement inacceptable. Plus de la moitié des articles présentent des taches importantes et/ou des trous, rendant une grande partie du stock totalement invendable pour moi. Le plus choquant est que tous les articles étaient indiqués comme Grade A dans le rapport de contrôle qualité, à l’exception d’un seul article classé Grade B. L’état réel des vêtements reçus ne correspond donc absolument pas à la classification annoncée. Aujourd’hui, on me répond que certains défauts seraient « acceptables » pour du Grade B, alors que la quasi-totalité de ma commande était annoncée Grade A. Il y a donc clairement un problème avec le contrôle qualité et la classification des articles. J’ai également payé une protection acheteur et, malgré cela, aucune solution satisfaisante ne m’est proposée. Le vendeur et Fleek se renvoient la responsabilité au lieu de prendre en charge le problème. On m’avait annoncé un traitement de mon dossier sous 48 heures ouvrées, mais le dossier n’est toujours pas correctement résolu. Je suis extrêmement déçu de cette commande. Pour moi, c’est une perte d’argent et de temps, avec une grande partie du stock impossible à revendre. Première et dernière commande auprès de ce vendeur. Je ne recommande absolument pas.
